Whizz! Pop! Granny, Stop! by Tracey Corderoy
Grandmothers come in all shapes and sizes but the little girl in this story has a granny that creates magic. You might think that having a magical grandmother would be fun but sometimes granny's spells get out of control. She changes her granddaughter's hair color to pink with a wave of her star-shaped wand. Illustrator Joe Berger creates scenes filled with pink and violet colors with a whimsical feel. What would you do if your grandmother performed magical spells?
Recommended for ages 3-6.
